Installation Instructions:

1. Installing Hinge to Door

Drill a 1/2" (12.7mm) deep hole for the hinge cup per template using a 1-2/5" (35mm) boring bit. Note: Do not drill through the door. Drill 1/16" (1.5mm) pilot holes for the hinge. Insert the hinge into the door and secure it with flat head wood screws.

1. Installing Door to Cabinet

Open the hinge to full extension. Connect the door to the side panel by fastening screws A.

3D Adjustment Structure

Adjust up and down using screw A (+/- 2mm); adjust left and right using screw B (+/- 2mm); adjust front and back using screw C (+/- 3mm). These 3D adjustments allow you to fine-tune the hinge position easily for a perfect fit.
