How to choose the right hinge: For FACE FRAME cabinets, the hinges will overlay 1-1/4" of the frame. For FRAMELESS cabinets, the hinges will overlay 1-1/4" of the side panel. You need to select hinges that fit the side thickness of your cabinet (measure how much the door panel overlaps the cabinet face). For instance, if the cabinet side panel is 1-1/4" thick, choose the corresponding 1-1/4" hinge.
