The Milescraft 1342 EuroHingeJig is the perfect tool for creating and installing flawless 35mm concealed hinges on your cabinet door projects. This jig ensures precise and consistent hole drilling on both framed and frameless cabinets. It aligns with 6 common cup hole edge distance settings and a quick edge locator pin for vertical positioning at 3" or 4".

The metal bushing drill guide guarantees accurate and repeatable drilling without wearing down. With built-in depth gauges on both sides of the jig, you can easily set your hinge hole depth to one of two levels. The marking guide helps align measurements from the door to the frame. The package includes an Allen key, a 1/16" drill bit for pilot holes, a locator pin, and a cabinet locator measuring tool.

Two edge alignment knobs adjust the cup hole position from the door's edge, while the edge pin sets the distance from the top or bottom. The drill guide with a metal bushing locks securely into the jig, creating a perfectly straight hinge cup hole.

Guide bushings within the jig body allow you to pre-drill pilot holes in 4 standard locations, ensuring that the hinges are straight and the door closes properly. The package also includes a 1/16" diameter drill bit for pilot holes.

You can easily set the cup hole depth with the included 35mm drill bit using the built-in depth setting fixtures on both sides of the jig. The hinge marking guide can be detached from the bottom of the jig, enabling you to transfer and mark center lines and hinge locations on the cabinet wall or frame.
