The 35MM Concealed Hinge Jig DIY Tool is a convenient and efficient way to drill pivot holes for hinges. It comes with clamps to securely hold the guide in place during use. The package includes 2 clamps, 1 black principal part, 1 limit ring, 2 auxiliary accessories, 1 bracket, 1 positioning rod, 1 drill, 1 wrench, and a 35mm/1.4" hole cutter (stored in the blue box) with a stainless steel ring for added wear resistance.

The main component size of the jig is 225x95x25mm/8.9"x3.7"x1"(LWH), with a bracket height of 36mm/1.4", bracket diameter of 58mm/2.3", bracket hole diameter of 13mm/0.5", positioning rod length of 40mm/1.6", drill length of 49mm/1.9", limit ring diameter of 11mm/0.4", and wrench size of 102x22mm/4"x0.9" (L*W).

To use the jig, simply put the hole cutter through the bracket and secure it with the limit ring. Attach step 1 to the principal part and turn it clockwise to secure it. The black block is used to adjust the limit, allowing you to choose a distance of 3/4/5/6mm from the 35mm hole to the board. Once the hole is drilled, you can easily install the hinge.

Please note that all dimensions are measured manually and may have slight deviations. Keep hands and body clear of sharp edges and moving parts, and always wear eye protection when using the jig. The limit blocks can be adjusted to distances of 3/4/5/6mm for customized drilling options.

The jig is suitable for both 35mm and 26mm hinges and includes a 35mm bit and depth stop for precise drilling. It is easy to use and install, providing quick and accurate drilling for mounting hinges. The package also includes a limit ring, auxiliary accessories, bracket, positioning rod, drill, wrench, and hole cutter for added convenience.
